She has two degrees in Meteorology and Finance, as well as a master's degree in Applied Ecology.
She started her career in 2002 at RSE Kazhydromet as a meteorologist technician.
2003-2009 Meteorological engineer, meteorological engineer of the 1st category, leading meteorological engineer, Head of the Meteorology Department.
2011-2015 Director of the Department of Meteorology.
2015-2017 Director of the Environmental Monitoring Department.
2017-2020 Deputy General Director of RSE "Kazhydromet".
By Order of the Acting Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 10, 2020 No. 119, she was appointed to the General Directors of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management Kazhydromet.

Born on October 5, 1977 in the village of Kokpekty, East Kazakhstan region.
Asset Sansyzbaevich has a specialized higher education and many years of experience in the field of hydrology and water resources management. In 1998, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Terrestrial Hydrology and a Master's degree in Hydrology in 2000.
Asset Sansyzbaevich began his professional career in 2000 as a leading engineer of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Kokshetau, where he worked until 2002.
In the period from 2002 to 2007, he continued his career in the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana, having worked his way up from a leading specialist to a chief specialist.
From 2008 to 2013 Asset Sansyzbaevich served as Director of the Regional Center for Northern and Central Kazakhstan. In 2019-2020, he worked as the Director of the Water Safety Center of the Astana International Scientific Complex.
Asset Sansyzbaevich holds a master's degree and is the author of scientific publications and developments. Over the years of his professional activity, he has been awarded a number of awards and incentives, including:
• Certificate of Merit "For Conscientious Work" from the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Certificates "For significant contribution to the development of interregional partnership relations" from Ecoservice C LLP;
• innovative patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the invention "Method of preventing oncoming collision of vehicles in areas with limited visibility";
• the badge "Ecology of salasyn uzdigi".

In 2001 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay specializing «Lawyer».
In 2017 Master degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) specializing « state and municipal administration».
From 1991 begin his career as leading engineer Production cooperative "Orleu".
From 2017-2018 worked as director in NJSC "State Corporation" "Government for Citizens", management of the Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate.

Education:
In 1993 he graduated from the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in "economist-organizer in agricultural industries". In 2007 he graduated from KAZGUU with a degree in International Law.
He started his career in 1993 as the Chief Auditor-Controller of the Financial Control Committee, Arkalyk. At various times he worked in the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center, JSC "Kedentransservice", JSC International Universal Commodity Exchange "Bereket", JSC Universal Commodity Exchange "Astana", LLP "AstanaEkoStandart",
JSC "NC "Food Corporation" Astana. From June 2018 to the present, RSE at the PCV "Kazhydromet" in the position of chief accountant.
