August is the month of the end of summer, but summer continues. In early August, hot and mostly dry weather is again forecast for most of the territory of Kazakhstan, only in the east, in the mountainous and foothill areas of the south-east of the country, short-term rains with thunderstorms are expected. The air temperature in the west, south, and southeast of the country will reach + 20 + 25°C at night, +35+42°C during the day, +15+22°C at night in the north, center and east, and +30+37°C during the day. Such a high background of air temperature will be associated with the establishment of a blocking anticyclone, which prevents other air masses from moving to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. But by the end of the first decade, the blocking anticyclone will lose its position, a cyclone will gradually move to the territory of Kazakhstan, and with it atmospheric fronts, which will cause short-term rains with thunderstorms, wind strengthening is possible in some regions, and a decline in heat is also predicted, the air temperature in the southern half of the republic will be +25+30°C in the afternoon, +20+27°C in the northern half.
In the second decade of the month, cold air masses will arrive in the northern half of the republic, which will lead to unstable weather, rains are expected, strong in mountainous and foothill areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and increased wind. The air temperature in the northern regions will fluctuate during the day from +17 + 25°C to +23+30°C, and in the southern regions the main background air temperature will be +28+35°C. The last month of summer will end with the unstable nature of the weather almost throughout the republic. Moderately warm weather is expected in the southern regions with daytime temperatures of +23+28°C, and in the northern regions the weather will acquire autumn features the daytime air temperature will be +17+22°C. However, on some days with the removal of warm air masses, hot days with a high background air temperature are not excluded.
