Forecast of the level of the Kazakh part of the Caspian Sea for August 12-17, 2021

Northern Caspian: the average sea level is expected to be around minus 28.21 m, with fluctuations from minus 27.94 m to 28.77 m.
Middle Caspian: the average sea level is expected to be around minus 28.35 m, with fluctuations from minus 28.14 m to 28.75 m.
* The calculated characteristics were obtained using the MIKE 21 hydrodynamic module of the Danish Hydraulic Institute, adapted in the RSE " Kazhydromet.

In the northern part of the Caspian Sea, according to the operational data of sea stations and posts (Peshnoy, Zhanbai, Kulaly Island, Tyuleniy Island (Roshydromet)), the average sea level corresponded to minus 28.24 m, the maximum minus 28.03 m, the minimum minus 28.83 m.
According to the operational data of sea stations and posts (Fort Shevchenko, Aktau, Fetisovo and Makhachkala (Roshydromet)) the average value of the Caspian Sea level corresponded to minus 28.29 m, the maximum minus 28.10 m, the minimum minus 28.75 m.
