A cold anticyclone from the Atlantic regions, which caused a decrease in air temperature in the northern half of the country, will continue to shift in an easterly direction. And it will cause a cold snap already in the east and south-east of the country. The thermometer columns will drop during the daytime: in the north and east to 10-20 degrees Celsius, and in the southeast to 20-28 degrees celsius. At night, frosts of up to-2 degrees are expected on the soil surface in the northern regions: North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Karaganda, Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan regions. On September 2, a cyclone from the Barents Sea regions will begin to affect the western regions, bringing with it rains, thunderstorms, and wind strengthening.
