A cold North-western anticyclone, which caused a decrease in air temperature in the northern half of the country, shifting in an easterly direction, will cause night frosts on the soil surface in the northern regions of the Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions. The weather in most parts of the republic, under the influence of the anticyclone, will remain without precipitation, with the exception of the western regions of the country, as well as the mountainous regions of the south-east of the country, where rain is expected on September 02-03, heavy rains with thunderstorms and increased wind are expected under the influence of atmospheric fronts.
In most parts of the country, a gradual increase in air temperature is expected in the afternoon to 25-30, in the southern half of the republic to 37 degrees Celsius. Only in the west of the country, the heat is expected to decrease to 17-25 degrees.
