In the south, the main background temperature is 0-8 degrees Celsius at night, in the north of the region and in mountainous areas it freezes up to 3 degrees, in the afternoon it is 12-20 degrees Celsius. In the south-east, the main background temperature at night is 0-8 degrees Celsius, in the north of the region and in mountainous areas frosts up to 3 degrees, in the afternoon a slight increase from 4-12 to 7-15 degrees Celsius.
