Published 20.10.2021 A cyclone from the Murmansk regions will bring precipitation in the form of rain and snow, on October 22 in the east, south and mountainous areas of the south-east of the country – heavy precipitation, ice, increased wind, in the north, in the center and east of the country with low-level blizzards, as well as a decrease in air temperature at night to 3 frost-2 heat, in the afternoon to 2-10 heat. From October 22, an anticyclone will affect the western regions of the country, and therefore a gradual cessation of precipitation and an increase in air temperature in the afternoon to 15-22 degrees Celsius is expected.
