Residents of the northern and eastern half of Kazakhstan have not had time to survive the first frosts, as another anticyclone is moving from the northwest, which will cause a new, but not so cold wave of lowering air temperature first in the west, and then in the north of Kazakhstan. At night in these regions, the thermometer will drop to 15-25 frost. And only the southern regions are still warm – they will be affected by the Southern cyclone, bringing with it heavy precipitation, icy phenomena, and maintaining a fairly comfortable air temperature.
