Published 13.12.2021 The weather of most of the territory of Kazakhstan will be determined by the North-Western anticyclone - it will bring a short-term decrease in temperatures and the cessation of precipitation. The southern regions of the republic will continue to be in the zone of frontal activity of cyclones – precipitation in the form of rain and snow, icy phenomena and fog are expected here, but by the end of the period, the Northwestern anticyclone will cover these regions, and therefore a decrease in temperatures and a gradual cessation of precipitation are expected here. By the holidays, the western regions will be affected by the cyclone trough from the regions of Scandinavia – precipitation and ice are expected.
