Published 21.12.2021 The year 2021 for the branch of RSE "Kazhydromet" in Kostanay region ends with pleasant changes - in December, the overhaul of the building was completed, and the employees of the branch meet the new year 2022 in fresh offices with new equipment. The last cosmetic repair was carried out here in 2006. The building required the replacement of everything: from pipes in the basements, to furniture, window sashes and doorways.
Built back in 1957, this structure did not immediately become a "home" for the hydrometeorological service of the region. At first, offices and apartments on the top floor were located here. Gradually, the entire building was taken over by the hydrometeorological Bureau and until recently, the branch staff gradually moved all their divisions into one building: agrometeorologists and meteorologists were the first to move, and forecasters were the last. In 2007, a laboratory and a garage were added to the building, and cosmetic repairs were partially carried out.
Last year, the necessary funds were allocated for the overhaul and replacement of all heating, water supply and electricity supply systems. Now the renovation is completed, only pleasant chores are coming to create comfort in the new offices.
