Published 05.01.2022 Dear residents of Kazakhstan, due to Internet failures, data on forecasting adverse meteorological conditions (NMU) will be temporarily unavailable.
Recall that adverse weather conditions (NMU) are a combination of short-term meteorological factors (calm, weak wind, fog, inversion) that contribute to the accumulation of harmful (polluting) substances in the surface layer of atmospheric air. If an NMU occurs, the quality of atmospheric air in populated areas may deteriorate.
