Along with the change in the numerical values of concentrations, the pollution level rating also changes.
Thus, this rating is not analytical in nature, but informative in reference to the actual state at a particular time, and varies depending on the time of day, season of the year, weather conditions and their duration. This information can be used by the population to make a decision about the possibility of walking, outdoor sports, the need to wear respirators in case of high air pollution.
RSE "Kazhydromet" informs that it is not enough to determine the level of atmospheric air pollution by only one actual concentration value at a specific time.
To determine the reliable level of air pollution in the city, constant monitoring is necessary, collecting information over a long period of time, taking into account all the parameters being determined.
