After him, the valley of the North-Western cyclone begins to shift to the west of the republic, which will bring with it: from February 19 to 21, precipitation in the form of rain and snow to the west, February 20-21 to the northwest, February 21 to the north of the country - snow, wind strengthening and icy phenomena. An increase in the temperature background is expected throughout the country.
