1. The Regional Hydrology Center Corporate Fund has received additional funding from the World Bank to cover the costs of the Hydrometeorology Modernization Project in Central Asia (CAHMP) and intends to allocate part of the funds to pay for contracts for Central Asia.
2. The Corporate Fund "Regional Center of Hydrology" offers competitive offers from eligible bidders for:

3. Bidders may apply for one or more lots, as further defined in the tender documentation. Bidders who wish to offer discounts in case of awarding more than one contract may do so, provided that these discounts are included in the application letter.
4. The bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFB), as specified in the "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" of the World Bank. Procurement Regulations, dated July 2016 (revised in November 2017 and August 2018) ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
5. Interested eligible bidders can get additional information from the Regional Hydrology Center and get acquainted with the tender documentation during working hours from 09.00 to 18.00 at the address indicated below.
6. The tender documentation in English may be received by interested bidders after submitting a written application to the address indicated below. The tender document will be free in PDF format, which will be sent by e-mail.
7. Tender proposals must be delivered to the address below no later than 12:00 (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan) September 2, 2022. Electronic bidding is not allowed. Late applications will be rejected. The bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the bidders and anyone who decides to attend, at the address listed below on September 02, 2022.
8. All applications must be accompanied by an Application Guarantee in accordance with the following table:
