Kazhydromet has released the final drought forecast for August

Taking into account the actual agrometeorological conditions and the long-term weather forecast, the drought forecast for August 2022 has been adjusted.
Drought is still forecast in Karmakshi district of Kyzylorda and Karakiyansky district of Mangistau regions.
Precipitation deficit is expected in Aitekebi and Khromtau districts of Aktobe region, in Nurinsky district of Karaganda, in Zaisan district of East Kazakhstan and in the city of Arkalyk of Kostanay regions.
Optimal humidification conditions are expected in the Martuk and Kobdinsky districts of Aktobe region, in the Kzylkoginsky district of Atyrau, in the Syrym and Akzhaiksky districts of West Kazakhstan regions, in the Timiryazevsky district of North Kazakhstan and in the Ereimentau district of Akmola regions.
And in the Musrepovsky district of the North Kazakhstan region and in the vicinity of Stepnogorsk and Aktobe, according to calculations, it will be very humid.
In the rest of the republic, humidification conditions will be mostly close to normal.
