Published 17.08.2022 According to the calculated data obtained, and taking into account the current and expected agrometeorological situation, the yield of spring wheat in the northern half of the republic in 2022 is expected to be mainly about the average annual values, in West Kazakhstan and most of the Aktobe regions - above average.
Wheat yields are predicted to be higher than normal in Zhambyl, Kyzylzhar and Akkai districts of North Kazakhstan region, in Kamystinsky district of Kostanay region, in Katon-Karagai and in the Altai region of East Kazakhstan region.
Sunflower yield in Kostanay and Pavlodar regions is expected to be about the average annual values in 2022, and in the East Kazakhstan region above the average annual values.
