Published 18.10.2022 The seasonal weather forecast is issued six times a year: 1 forecast for the warm half-year, 1 forecast for the cold half-year, which are specified by 4 quarterly forecasts for winter, spring, summer and autumn in 17 regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In November, the air temperature throughout the republic is predicted to be within the climatic norm, precipitation distribution is expected to be less than normal in the western half of the country, and about normal in the eastern half.
During the month, with frequent changes of baric formations and synoptic processes, fluctuations in air temperature, fogs and icy phenomena are predicted, and with the establishment of snow cover and increased wind activity in the north of the country, blizzards are possible.
In the first decade of November, warm weather will still remain, but in the second and third decades of the month, cold air masses from the Northern Seas, Western and Eastern Siberia will often enter the territory of Kazakhstan.
