Published 03.11.2022 In the areas of winter grain crops cultivation in the south and south-east of Kazakhstan, moderately warm weather was observed, with precipitation above normal and freezing at night up to minus 1-5C, in mountainous and foothill areas up to minus 9C, damage to winter grain was not observed. Such meteorological conditions were favorable for the growth and development of winter wheat, but somewhat hindered the completion of sowing operations.
In early winter wheat crops, the phase of development "grain germination" – "shoots" is marked, the condition is excellent and good everywhere. During the decade, soil preparation and sowing of winter grain crops continued.
