There is no precipitation in most of Kazakhstan

Under the influence of a vast North-western anticyclone, almost the entire territory of the country will remain weather without precipitation, only in the east, north-east of Kazakhstan snow and a grass-roots blizzard are expected. A sedentary anticyclone and Arctic air masses will not cause sudden changes in the temperature background: frosts will still persist.
