October turned out to be surprisingly warm, pampered not only the residents of the southern regions of the country, but also the northern ones. The first and second decades of the month were especially warm. In most parts of the republic, the air temperature was above the climatic norm by 1-3 ° C. In the northern half of the country during the daytime, the thermometer columns reached +15 +25 ° C, in the southern half - +22+30 °C. The heat peak occurred in the southern, southeastern, central and northern regions of Kazakhstan in the period of October 09-12, which was due to the intensive removal of warm air masses from the regions of Iran. During this period, temperature records were recorded on October 09 at the Kazalinsk meteorological station (MS) (Kyzylorda region), the air temperature rose to +27.7 °C, the last record for this day was in 2008 (+26.7 °C), on October 10, daily records were recorded at a number of meteorological stations: at MS Kyzylorda - +29.1 °C, such hot summer weather was last observed in 2019. (+28.0°C), on MS Shardara (Turkestan region) the maximum air temperature reached +29.0 ° C, updating the record of 2008. (+26.9 °C), at MS Taraz, the air temperature rose to +28.6°C in the afternoon, surpassing the record of 2019. (+25.3 °C), at MS Zhezkazgan the maximum air temperature was +27.3 °C, surpassing the record of 2012. (+24.6 °C), at MS Pavlodar the air temperature rose to +24.3°C in the afternoon, surpassing the record of 15 years ago (2008 +22.1°C), at MS Semey the maximum air temperature was +25.5°C, updating the record of 2019. In October, with frequent passage of frontal sections, precipitation fell 1.3-5.3 times more than normal in almost most of the territory of Kazakhstan. At some meteorological stations, precipitation fell more than the monthly norm per day.
