Published 23.11.2023 On November 22, 2023, the 7th (27th) Session of the Coordinating Committee for Hydrometeorology of the Caspian Sea (KASPCOM) was held online.
The Session was attended by delegations of the National Hydrometeorological Services of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan.
KASPCOM is a platform for coordinating the activities of hydrometeorological services on the provision and exchange of information on the state of the Caspian Sea. During the meeting, issues of implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of Hydrometeorology of the Caspian Sea were discussed. The implementation of the recommendations of the previous Session and prospects for cooperation with international organizations were considered.
As a result of the meeting, the place and time of the 8th (28th) Session of the CASPCOM were determined.
