On December 4-5, 2023, the 25th session of the North Eurasian Climate Forum (CEACOF-25) was held in Moscow, Russia. The main objective of the forum is to unite the efforts of scientists and specialists in the field of long-term forecasting to assess the development of the dynamics of the climate system for the upcoming winter season 2023-2024.
CEACOF-25 is attended by specialists and experts from meteorological services and research centers of the CIS countries, as well as scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions with a specialization in hydrometeorology and climatology, as well as other interested participants. Kazakhstan was represented by specialists of RSE Kazhydromet - Zhuldyz Isabekova, head of the Department of Long–term weather forecasts and Oksana Vasyukova, a leading specialist.
