Frosts persist

Over the next three days, under the influence of the Arctic anticyclone, a cessation of precipitation and frosty weather without precipitation is expected in most parts of the republic. And with the passage of atmospheric frontal sections, snow will fall in the east of the country, precipitation (rain, snow) will persist in the southwest and southern regions of Kazakhstan, and heavy snow will occur in the south of the country on December 9-11 in the foothills and mountainous regions.
At night, the air temperature will drop in the northwest to 20-37 below zero, in the north to 30-38 below zero, in the far north of the country to 40-43 below zero, in the center and east of the country to 25-35 below zero. Winds are expected to increase across the republic and fog is expected in the southern regions.
