It will bring intense precipitation in the form of snow, blizzards, icy phenomena and increased wind first to the west, and then, as it shifts, to the rest of the regions.
A gradual increase in air temperature is predicted at night: in the west to 0-10 frost, in the northwest, north, center, south and southeast to 5-15 frost, but in the east frosts will still persist to 22-35 degrees.
