A cyclone from the Black Sea regions, shifting from west to east of Kazakhstan, will cause heavy snowfalls with blizzards and precipitation in different phases with icy phenomena, and a Scandinavian anticyclone will shift to the rear of it, which will turn the synoptic situation towards a short-term increase in frosts. Strong winds are expected in the republic. Frosts will appear in the west, northwest, north and in the center of the country, where the thermometer will drop to 20-30 frost at night, and in the east to 18-23 with a minus sign.
