Published 18.03.2024 In the period of March 12-15, 2024, employees of the branch of RSE Kazhydromet in the Kostanay region, together with employees of the Emergency Department of the Kostanay region, conducted planned field route snow measuring surveys along the southern basin of the Tobol River.
The average height of the snow cover ranged from 27 to 33 cm, the water supply in the snow cover ranged from 65 to 96 mm.
