Winter crop yields are expected to be higher than normal in the Uygur district of Almaty region (23-25 c/ha), in Merken (19.4-21.4 c/ha), Ryskulovsky (20.8-22.8 c/ha), Shusky (21.8-23.8 c/ha) districts of Zhambyl region, in Kazygurt district of Turkestan region (22-24 c/haha).

The final forecast of winter wheat yield, taking into account meteorological conditions during the formation of generative organs of plants, will be published in the first decade of June.
