In memory of Alexey Igorevich Mishcherin

I am deeply sorry to inform you that our colleague Alexey Igorevich Meshcherin has left us as a result of his illness. He was not only an outstanding specialist, but also a man with a big heart, always ready to help.
Alexey Igorevich worked in the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan for more than 10 years, made a huge contribution to the development and establishment of the information technology sector of Kazhydromet. His absence will be a tangible loss for all of us.
