Snow in most of the country

Starting from December 21, a large part of the territory of Kazakhstan will be affected by a northwesterly cyclone - snow, blizzard and gusty winds are expected. Precipitation (rain, snow) and ice are expected only in the west of the country on December 23. Heavy snow is expected in the afternoon on December 21 in the west and north of Pavlodar region, on December 22 in the north and east of East Kazakhstan region. Closer to December 23, with the shift of the western anticyclone, the weather in the south of the country is expected to be mostly without precipitation.
No drastic changes are expected in the temperature background.
