The AirKZ mobile application, which monitors air quality in Kazakhstan, has been updated. The app now provides data on air quality in 70 localities and 170 environmental posts across the country. Users can select posts manually or use geolocation so that the app automatically detects the nearest one.

The application displays data on the concentration of pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide and others. The new version also adds data on exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of pollutants.

In addition, the application interface has been updated for user convenience, as well as improved support for iOS and Android systems. The application now complies with international standards for measuring pollution and warns of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration using a special sign.

With AirKZ, users will be able to track the air quality in their region faster and easier.
