It will displace the cyclone, which on March 21 will bring precipitation in the form of rain and snow, ice, and increased winds with blizzards. And on March 22nd, the anticyclone will reach the northern regions, bringing with it the cessation of precipitation, and frosts at night to 5-10 degrees. The anticyclone will not leave the south of Kazakhstan without attention, pressing the frontal systems to the mountains, causing rains and lowering the air temperature.
