During the first week of November, unstable weather in most of Kazakhstan will be associated with the northern cyclone, precipitation is forecast, rain with a transition to snow, in the northern half, in the center and in the east of the country mainly in the form of snow, with a blizzard. Gusty winds, ice and fog are often likely during November, and snowstorms are mainly in the northern, central and eastern regions of the country.

In the second decade of November, the air temperature is expected to fluctuate at night from -5 °C to -10-18 °C, during the day from -5°C to -8 °C. During the coldest periods of the third decade, the air temperature will drop to - 15-20°C at night, and to -3-10°C during the day.
In the western half, in the south and south-east of the republic, during the second and third decades, the air temperature is expected to fluctuate at night from -3-12 ° C to 0,+7 ° C, during the day from +1+6 ° C to +8+18 ° C. In the mountainous regions of the south-east of the country, on some days frosts can increase at night to -5-15 ° C, during the day to -1-6 ° C.
