RSE Kazhydromet is particularly proud to announce that Peter Ivanovich, an employee of the enterprise, head of the hydrometeorological station located on the remote island of Kulaly in the Caspian Sea, became the winner of the Zhaksy Adam – 2025
program. Peter Ivanovich devoted more than 30 years of his life to the service of hydrometeorology, working in the most difficult and extreme climatic conditions. His professional career is an example of high responsibility, perseverance and selfless dedication to a cause that is of crucial importance for the security and sustainable development of the country.
In the 1990s, during a period of serious socio-economic difficulties, thanks to the principled position and dedication of Peter Ivanovich, it was possible to preserve the hydrometeorological station and ensure continuity of observations, despite isolation and limited resources.
For his outstanding contribution to the profession, Pyotr Ivanovich was awarded a cup, diploma and certificate of the "Zhaksy Adam – 2025" program, as well as a prize fund of 1 million tenge.
