A cyclone from the Moscow region and associated atmospheric fronts will cause unstable weather throughout the country, with rains forecast, heavy rains in the south and southeast of the republic on April 23, thunderstorms in the afternoon, and hail possible in some areas. The wind is expected to increase in the republic, and fog is expected at night and in the morning. Daytime temperatures are forecast to drop to 7-17 degrees Celsius in the west of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to 13-20 degrees Celsius in the north, to 15-23 degrees Celsius in the center, and to 15-20 degrees Celsius in the south and southeast.
