According to the final forecast, an atmospheric drought is expected in August 2026.:
in Bokeyordinsky and Zhanybeksky districts of West Kazakhstan region;
in the Shalkar and Irgiz districts of Aktobe region;
in Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region;
in Balkhash district of Almaty region;
in Moyinkum, Kordai, Sarysu, Talas and Zhambyl districts of Zhambyl region;
in Aryssk, Suzak, Kazygurt, Ordabasi, Shardara, Zhetysai, Baydibek and Kelessky districts of Turkestan region;
in Kazalinsky, Karmakshinsky, Shieli districts and in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region.
Moderately humid weather is forecast in Timiryazevsky district of North Kazakhstan region and Uzunkol district of Kostanay region.
