With the passage of atmospheric fronts, rains with thunderstorms, increased winds, and hail are forecast for most of the republic, with no precipitation expected only in the south of the country. Fog is expected in the north, east, and center of the country at night and in the morning. Heavy rain is expected on August 19-20 in the northern regions, and on August 20 in the center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the western regions, thermometers will reach +30+38°C during the daytime, and +41°C in some areas of the Mangystau region.
In Aktobe region, the temperature background during the day will be +27+35°C, in Kostanay region +20+30°C.
In the northern regions, daytime temperatures are expected to drop to +17+22°C.
In the central and eastern regions of the country, the air temperature is forecast to drop to +18+30°C in the afternoon.
In the south of Kazakhstan, the temperature background is predicted to be +30+37°C in the afternoon.
In the south-east of the country, the daytime temperature will be +28+35°C.
