On September 10-11, Bishkek hosts an international anniversary conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of Kyrgyz Hydromet. The event is attended by representatives of the hydrometeorological services of Central Asian and other countries, international and scientific organizations.
Among the honorary participants is the President of the United Nations World Meteorological Organization, Director General of the UAE National Meteorological Center, Abdullah Al-Mandous.
The panel session "Development of cooperation between hydrometeorological services of Central Asia, scientific achievements and innovative technologies" was held within the framework of the conference.
The panel session was attended by specialists from Kazhydromet RSE, who presented the company's experience in the field of digitalization, numerical modeling and the use of artificial intelligence in weather forecasting.
During the presentation, the topic "Kazhydromet's experience and prospects for cooperation between NGMS of Central Asia. Numerical models of weather forecasting: application and AI post-processing".
The session participants discussed the development of cooperation between the hydrometeorological services of Central Asia, modern scientific developments and the introduction of new technologies in the industry.
