Under the influence of the anticyclone, the weather will remain without precipitation in most of the territory of Kazakhstan. It will rain only in the west of the country on November 04-05 with the approach of a northwesterly cyclone, and heavy rains in some areas. On November 03, precipitation is expected in the east under the influence of atmospheric fronts, sometimes heavy precipitation (mainly in the form of snow), as well as icy conditions. Winds are forecast to increase in the republic, fogs at night and in the morning.
In the west, the air temperature will drop from +13+21 °C to +6+19 °C in the afternoon, in the southeast - from +13+18 °C to +10+15 °C. No significant changes in the temperature background are expected in the rest of the territory.
