Rain with transition to snow and cold snap

With it, precipitation will come, in the form of rain with a transition to snow, strong in the southeast and east. Fog, ice, increased wind will be observed in some places. In the east, in mountainous and foothill regions, by the end of the week, with a blowing snowstorm. At nighttime, the thermometer in the north and center of the country will drop to 5-13 frost, and in the southern regions in some places to 3 frost.
