Published 16.11.2020 last weekend, RSE "Kazhydromet" predicted precipitation, sometimes strong almost throughout Kazakhstan. Heavy precipitation brought a cyclone with a large supply of moisture, centered over Yekaterinburg. According to the results of observations of meteorological stations, the capital received 32.3 mm of rain and snow over the weekend, with a monthly norm of 28 mm. The first snow "records" were confirmed by the seasonal forecast. In October, specialists of RSE "Kazhydromet" warned Kazakhstanis that the November weather is a rehearsal for winter: heavy precipitation, lower temperatures and wind gusts.
