RSE "Kazhydromet" makes a weekly forecast of the level of the Caspian Sea. In the Middle Caspian Sea, sea level fluctuation is expected around minus 28.25 m with a rise to a maximum of minus 27.92 m and a decline to a minimum of minus 28.84 m.
In the northern part of the Caspian Sea, according to the operational data of the sea stations and posts of Kazhydromet: Peshnoy, Zhanbay, Kulaly Island and MG Tyuleniy Island (Roshydromet), the average sea level corresponded to minus 28.27 m.
According to the operational data of the sea stations and posts of Kazhydromet: Fort Shevchenko, Aktau, Fetisovo and Roshydromet (MG Makhachkala), the average level of the Caspian Sea in its deep part corresponded to minus 28.31 m, the maximum-minus 28.02 m, the minimum-minus 28.80 m
