At the mercy of a cyclone

The cyclone that formed over the Black Sea will determine the weather of Kazakhstan on March 20-21. In most areas there will be precipitation (rain, snow) and there will be an increase in air temperature. However, winter does not want to give up and another anticyclone is moving to our territory from the west. Although this will lead to the formation of ice, it will not bring a significant decrease in temperature.
