A meeting with the ECO community was held in Atyrau

We are glad to inform you that on June 23-24, 2021, RSE "Kazhydromet" met with the interested ECO-community of Atyrau! The reason for this was the questions about air pollution.

At the meeting, our general Director – Danara Alimbayeva and ECO activists discussed environmental problems. As a result, the following was carried out:
- together with A. Khairullin, the places of station transfer, as well as the points of expedition observations with the help of a mobile laboratory were selected. The districts of Zhulduz, MKR will be covered. Samal, Kursai district;
- we also agreed that during 2022, 10 additional automatic stations will be installed to strengthen air quality monitoring;
● purchased a gas chromatograph to expand the list of indicators for VOCs, mercaptans.
