According to the RSE Kazhydromet, the temperature background in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk changed as follows during the long-term observation period: 

January — the absolute minimum is -49.0 °C (1931), the absolute maximum is 9.0 °C (2024).
February — absolute minimum -47.0 °C (1931), absolute maximum 10.5 °C (2002).
March — absolute minimum -40.0 °C (1945), absolute maximum 22.0 °C (1989).
April — absolute minimum -30.0 °C (1934), absolute maximum 31.9 °C (2020).
May — the absolute minimum is -9.0 °C (1931), the absolute maximum is 38.0 °C (1980).
June — absolute minimum of -1.3 °C (1992), absolute maximum of 37.5 °C (1988).
July — absolute minimum of 2.3 °C (1989), absolute maximum of 41.0 °C (1974).
August — absolute minimum of -0.7 °C (1982), absolute maximum of 42.8 °C (1988).
September — absolute minimum of -8.9 °C (2021), absolute maximum of 38.6 °C (2022).
October — absolute minimum of -21.5 °C (1987), absolute maximum of 29.3 °C (1997).
November — absolute minimum of -44.0 °C (1944), absolute maximum of 22.7 °C (2017).
December — the absolute minimum is -46.0 °C (1947), the absolute maximum is 11.9 °C (2013).
