According to the RSE Kazhydromet, the temperature background in the city of Pavlodar changed as follows during the long-term observation period.

January — absolute minimum -47.0 °C (1907), absolute maximum 4.2 °C (2002).

February — the absolute minimum is -44.0 °C (1931), the absolute maximum is 5.3 °C (2020).

March — the absolute minimum is -38.0 °C (1930), the absolute maximum is 24.6 °C (2001).

April — absolute minimum of -27.2 °C (1969), absolute maximum of 33.9 °C (1949).

May — the absolute minimum is -12.0 °C (1931), the absolute maximum is 38.1 °C (2025).

June — the absolute minimum is -2.2 °C (1971), the absolute maximum is 40.8 °C (1988).

July — absolute minimum 4.2 °C (2009), absolute maximum 42.0 °C (1973).

August — absolute minimum of 0.0 °C (1947), absolute maximum of 40.6 °C (2002).

September — absolute minimum of -9.0 °C (1973), absolute maximum of 36.1 °C (2010).

October — the absolute minimum is -21.5 °C (1987), the absolute maximum is 29.2 °C (2004).

November — the absolute minimum is -40.0 °C (1952), the absolute maximum is 17.9 °C (1997).

December — the absolute minimum is -46.0 °C (1938), the absolute maximum is 7.2 °C (1989).
