According to RSE Kazhydromet, the temperature background in the city of Arkalyk changed as follows during the long-term observation period.

January — absolute minimum -42.0 °C (1979), absolute maximum 6.0 °C (2007).

February — absolute minimum of -42.2 °C (1969), absolute maximum of 6.7 °C (2016).

March — the absolute minimum is -38.9 °C (1971), the absolute maximum is 19.6 °C (2014).

April — the absolute minimum is -24.8 °C (1987), the absolute maximum is 31.0 °C (1975).

May — the absolute minimum is -9.8 °C (1992), the absolute maximum is 36.9 °C (2025).

June — absolute minimum of -0.3 °C (1992), absolute maximum of 40.5 °C (2023).

July — absolute minimum of 3.2 °C (1991), absolute maximum of 42.6 °C (2023).

August — absolute minimum of -3.0 °C (1976), absolute maximum of 42.0 °C (1976).

September — absolute minimum of -9.2 °C (2008), absolute maximum of 40.0 °C (1977).

October — the absolute minimum is -22.0 °C (1976), the absolute maximum is 28.5 °C (1997).

November — the absolute minimum is -36.3 °C (1987), the absolute maximum is 14.3 °C (2023).

December — the absolute minimum is -41.0 °C (1976), the absolute maximum is 11.7 °C (1989).
