Published 21.07.2021 Earlier, an agreement was signed within the framework of the project of the University of Helsinki "MegaSense "(advanced air monitoring technologies for informed decision-making). It was also reported that RSE "Kazhydromet" has signed a cooperation agreement with NARKHOZ University in the field of air quality monitoring, exchange of knowledge and experience.
As a result of the cooperation, 17 portable sensor sensors were installed at the posts and the administrative building of the branch of RSE "Kazhydromet" in Almaty. Now RSE "Kazhydromet" gets full access to the data of these sensors in real time.
The project provides feedback between data on the effects of outdoor and indoor air pollution. And this, in turn, will help to take measures to prevent the consequences of air pollution in the future.
