Precipitation is predicted to be about normal in most of the country, less than normal in the southwestern half of the republic, more than normal in the eastern half and in the extreme northwest of the country.
At the beginning of the month, atmospheric fronts associated with the northwestern cyclone from the regions of Scandinavia will determine unstable weather in the beginning in the west, and then in the rest of the country, precipitation is expected, mainly snow, in the southern regions - rain with a transition to snow. In the middle of the month, heavy precipitation will take place in the mountainous and foothill areas of the southeastern half of the country. As well as unstable weather will be accompanied by increased winds of 15-23 m/s, with blizzards, fogs and icy phenomena.
In the first days of December, residents of most regions will be pleased with warm weather with a high temperature background:
in the northern half, the air temperature will rise at night from -10-18 ° C to 0,-8 ° C, during the day from -3-8 ° C to -5+5 ° C;
in the south of the republic - at night up to -2 +8 °C, during the day up to +10+18 ° C.
In the western regions, on the contrary, the air temperature is expected to drop at night to 0,-8 ° C, during the day to 0,+7 ° C.
From the middle of the first decade, with the invasion of the north-western anticyclone from the Barents Sea areas, a decrease in air temperature is predicted:
in the west, northwest at night to -7-15 ° C, in the afternoon to -5-11 ° C;
in the north, center, east at night up to -18-26 °C, during the day up to -10-18 °C;
in the southwest at night to 0,-5 °C, in the afternoon to +2+7 °C;
at the end of the first decade in the south, southeast at night to -5-13 ° C, in the afternoon to 0,-5 ° C;
At the end of the first and at the beginning of the second decade, with the next removal of warm air masses from the areas of the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, a weakening of frosts is predicted.
Returns of cold waves of greater intensity at night up to -27-35 ° C, during the day up to -18-25 °C is expected in the northern, eastern and central regions of the republic in the third decade of December. In the western and southern regions of Kazakhstan, air temperatures will fluctuate at night from -5- 15 °C to 0,-5 °C, during the day from 0,-10 ° C to 0,+5 ° C.
Warm weather should be expected by residents of the southern and southeastern regions in the middle of the month, when daytime air temperatures reach +10 ° C.
