Final forecast of soil moisture reserves 

By the beginning of sowing works, in the spring of this year, RSE "Kazhydromet" has released the final forecast of moisture reserves in the soil. Calculations of experts show that the moisture supply of fields in Kazakhstan before sowing is expected at the following levels:
- in the West Kazakhstan region - at an insufficient level;
 - at a satisfactory level - in Aktobe, North Kazakhstan, Kostanay and Pavlodar regions;
- in Akmola and East Kazakhstan regions - from optimal to satisfactory level;
 - at the optimal level – in the Karaganda and Almaty regions.
All agrometeorological forecasts are regularly provided to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and are also published in the appendix www.agrodata .kz and on the website of RSE "Kazhydromet".
