- Akkainsky, Zhambylsky, Kyzylzharsky and Mamlyutsky districts of the North Kazakhstan region.
- Sandyktau district of Akmola region.
About average long-term values:
- in Pavlodar and Karaganda regions.
Above the norm:
- Altai and Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region.
- in Aktobe region, with the exception of Mugalzhar district.
- in the West Kazakhstan region, with the exception of Baiterek and Syrym districts
